- How did you find us?
- What made you buy?
- If you could change 1 thing about this site what would it be?
Let the customer TYPE in an answer
Do You have an email list?
Try adding a P.S. To the end of an email that you send out…
Asking a specific question that you’d like the answer to. You’ll Be surprised how many insightful responses you’re gonna get from Kustomers. Use Open Form Fields Even if you don’t sell… Find a place on your site to insert a simple question and an open form field.
#2)Survey Em… Here’s a really slick [free] way of doing this-
I love to do this with google docs.- Create a form
- Ask A Kouple Kustomer Kuestions
- Link to your form from an email or your site.
- Wait and see your Kustomer’s Responses (Yes We know It’s Miss-spelled.)

#3)Let Em Search
By Far the easiest and MOST Accurate way to know what your Kustomers want is to let them search.Kustomer’s aren’t always honest with kuestioniers or straight up kuestions…
But A search is ALWAYS the real deal info. Since they think no one is watching BUUUAHAHAHAH….HAHHAHAH
Hook up a search bar for your site… Make sure your analytics is tracking the searches.
They will tell you what they REEEAAALY want – by searching.
